Terms of Use. Privacy Policy. Vendux requires all contract executives to accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy when registering. The main purposes are to ensure and maintain the confidentiality of the client and to establish the relationship of the contract executive to Vendux as an independent contractor.

Independent Contractors. All contract executives are independent contractors and not employees of Vendux. Vendux’ Interim Sales Leaders are only under contract with us during a client engagement. When not on a Vendux client engagement, our Interim Sales Leaders are encouraged and may seek opportunities elsewhere, grow their network and their skills. Vendux issues 1099’s at the end of each year to each interim executive who has been on assignment that year.
Background and Reference Checks. Vendux requires all interim executives being considered for a Vendux engagement to first go through a formal background and reference check process, the cost to be borne by Vendux.
