Corios is designing and implementing tailored analytics capabilities that help clients monitor, detect, and act on the critical opportunities in their business, using experience and intellectual property in data engineering and data science.
The status-quo with Senior Executives driving new logo acquisition was deemed not sustainable and the organization was looking for significant sales-driven growth.
Corios contracted a Fractional Sales Leader to drive the current pipeline, as well as a Sales Consultant to develop and implement a new sales and marketing process and organization.
